Attic Outstanding View is an amazing 2 bed 2 bath Attic characterised by a seaside atmosphere, insane Sea View on the enchanting unspoiled Marina and over the village. Part of a 3 apts condo, this 2 story property boasts the best location from the top as it dominates the village like a lookout- in italian it’s called “la vedetta”- and offers the most beautiful sea view, setting the scene for a holiday to remember. On two levels it consists of: entrance at the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 1 blind bath with shower, the Master bedroom (king bed) that comes with a fab sea view balcony and A/C, second bedroom with french bed, wardrobe, A/C. Upstairs a fully equipped total white kitchen with ceiling fan and access to the superb terrace that boasts dominant 360 degree view on the Marina Bay as well as over Corniglia, motor driven sun shade, 2nd bathroom with tub/shower and double window overlooking the underlying terraced gardens. Very bright living area with breathtaking sea view from the window. Let yourself be caressed by the pleasant and vibrant breeze that will wrap you up from dawn to dusk. Situated within easy reach from the main square, Piazza del Taragio, plenty of shops, small restaurants, bistrots, cafè, gelato shops, access to the seaside through the descent way “Via della Marina” from the monument Square, Taragio’s. The closest recommended Cafè is at just 2 minutes walk where guests can indulge in the best top quality italian Espresso. Property is Self Entry. Entry code is provided at the check-in at front door arrival. Id docs/Passports scan are to be sent at least 7 days before the checkin. PARKINGS IN CORNIGLIA: parking lots are spread both right and left sides at the beginning of the road that lead towards the village. There are free (white lines) and payment lots (blue lines). Parking meters accept coins /cards/banknotes, hourly and daily rates are showed on each parking meter. Attic is walking distance from parkings, reachable through a paved path very easy to walk in, placed right after the green box on the left. So what are you waiting for? Don’t hesitate!

- 200,00 € Security Deposit has to be wired via bank’s transfer in € at least 7 working days before the Check-in. Refund is within 7 working days from the Check-out. Id docs/Passports scan are requested to be forwarded at least 7 working days before the arrival. 2,00 € Daily Tourist Tax.
- The map shows the exact location. The address is provided after the booking.
- House rules: for hygiene reasons, guests are asked to contribute doing the recycling, door to door collection schedule is in the kitchen, very easy and simple. Before leaving the place make sure the waste has been taken out, reminding that failure to do so will result in a charge of 50€ from the deposit. House keys must be placed back into the keys box, making sure the box is well locked up. If not, guests will be charged with an extra fee of 150€. During your stay make sure to have the upstairs green windows shutters well locked up (push the black hook on both sides- windows in the kitchen, 2nd bath, terrace) or wind that often comes suddenly may damage them. About A/C working: the dual split works with 3 functions : cool, heat, dry. Remind to always start both remotes (when using both A/C) at the same function (eg. cool, cool – or dry, dry) ) or the A/C system will stop working with no chance to restart.
- Strict Policy: GUESTS who cancel until 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. For cancellations less than 60 days before check-in, the booking will be non refundable.

Our stay in Corniglia was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect – the views are unparalleled. The apartment is well stocked for cooking, etc. We also really appreciated the tips and recommendations that Monica provided (Cecio’s Retaurante is a must). Lots of steps to get into the place, but it’s well worth it (and one of us had a broken foot).

Our stay at this wonderful Attic was everything we needed for the four of us. The location is in the quiet area of town and was a very short walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The best part of the Attic is the rooftop terrace, one of the highest places in the town, with fantastic views of the town and water. -

This may very well be the best place to stay in all of CinqueTerre. Corniglia is the quietest of the villages and is much less overrun with tourists. The evenings are calm and peaceful. And at the very top of Corniglia is The Attic, the tallest building on the block, with an incredible, priceless view over town. The pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment is clean, bright and cozy. The beds are comfortable and there is much needed AC in the bedrooms. The host is kind, quick to reply and easily accessible. Don’t think twice, just book this place. Pro tip – go next door to Cecio’s for your sunset meal.

Our stay was absolutely magical and as long as you can do steps, you will enjoy the best view in all of Corniglia. Monica was so very helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay and we loved the place. Everything was perfect!!! We will miss our little apartment overlooking the sea. Hopefully we can return again soon.

I’m confident you won’t find a better place to stay in all of Cinque Terre. Corniglia is a delightful town and its place in the middle makes exploring the entire park a breeze, and it is much calmer than the other towns. The apartment is simply stunning – very roomy and the photos don’t do justice to the terrace overlooking the town and the sea. The place is perfectly appointed and is pristine in every way. Monica was incredibly friendly and communicative (right down to telling us how to locate a free parking spot, there are about 15 free spots in Corniglia) and responds instantaneously, and even reaches out proactively to check if the stay is going well, and offers a stream of suggestions and tips for things to do and see in the park. If you’re active (we spent most of our time running and hiking the trails in the park) this place couldn’t be more ideal, as it is right on the blue trail and adjacent to the trails leading up into the mountains. A true winner.

La vue de la terrasse est parfaite, Corniglia est clairement le meilleur village pour rayonner dans les 5 terres, et la propreté de l’appartement est impeccable.

We had an absolutely FANTASTIC stay at this beautiful apartment in Corniglia. Myself and my partner as well as another couple enjoyed 5 wonderful days/evenings here and we were so comfortable and pleased with this accomodation. The view from the terrace and the sea-facing windows of the apartment is absolutely stunning, the photos don’t do the beauty of this view justice. The apartment is cozy and fitted with absolutely anything you would need to feel completely at home. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable, and we absolutely loved sitting out on the gorgeous terrace looking out over Corniglia and the sea, enjoying the sunshine and feeling completely relaxed. Monica was an incredibly gracious and accomodating host – she was so easy to communicate with and made check-in/check-out smooth and easy. It was a pleasure speaking with her and staying at this wonderful apartment. I cannot recommend this aparment enough – I hope to return again soon! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was beautiful home with an awesome view! Very clean and stylish! Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with our wine! I would definitely recommend this home!

The outdoor terrace and view of the town and sea were incredible. The place was very clean, and had many windows that opened out to let in the fresh breeze. We were able to check in early and also had the option to check out later. Very easy to contact the host and many instructions were provided ahead of time which were useful. Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!!

Special thanks to Monica for her attentiveness, recommendations, and quick responses. I was really nervous about parking in Corniglia and Cinque Terre. Monica sent us images of parking spaces and assured us that parking won’t be an issue in October. We inevitably found a blue spot and shortly after a white (free) spot nearby the place. The view is spectacular, and we like the tranquil feel over the other busier villages. All stunning, though. Monica’s food recommendations were on the spot, and along the way, we discovered off-script delicious places and bites as well. Lisa’s Market and Lisa are a gem just below the apartment for groceries for b’fast and of course, local Cinque Terre, wine too. -
Beautiful views from the terrace and every window in the apartment. Great place to enjoy the incredible sunsets in the relaxing little village of Corniglia.

This place has stunning views. it is certainly worth going up the Steep stairs. The host even allowed us to check in earlier than normal. We had a great time here.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, 3nights. The view/balconies have spectacular views. Just be very ready to walk uphill or wait for the bus! I think on average it took us 15-20 minutes from the train station each time to get to the house. We loved corgnilia because it’s not touristy, it’s our favorite out of the 5! It has a local feel and great elevated views at night since it’s on a hill. We found this place to be overpriced but you’re paying for the view! Good place but we wouldn’t return again.
