The recent renovation and restyling of the property, with local handicraft materials and creative reuse of authentic antique pieces, was carried out by a top interior designer. A minimalist, chic décor, inspired by the architectural elements, lines and colours of the island, lends an original feel to the house, that includes two romantic double bedrooms, one of which is accessed from outside, two bathrooms and a well-lit living room that with large, full-height windows opens onto the terrace, offering amazing sea views. Circe is also an excellent base for exploring the beauties of south-east Sicily: from the Vendicari nature reserve to Cava d’Ispica, from the characteristic fishing villages of Marzamemi, Portopalo and Donnalucata to the delightful baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse, to Mount Etna and Taormina.

Itinerary

From Catania airport, about 120 KM. Take the ring road towards Siracusa and continue along the A18 Catania – Siracusa, in the direction of Siracusa. Exit ROSOLINI. At the crossroad, just after the exit, turn Left in the direction of ROSOLINI – POZZALLO. After 1 Km (at the roundabout) turn Right in the direction of Ragusa (S.S. 115). Continue driving straight and after 4.9 Km (at the intersection) turn Left in the direction of PACHINO (S.P. 50), after another 700 meters turn Right in direction MARZA (S.P. 50). Drive straight for 10,6 km, then turn Right in the direction S. Maria del FOCALLO (S.P. 67). After 4,1 Km, on the Left side of the road, just after the KM 10, you will find the entrance gate of the property.
