Policies
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Check-in are always from SATURDAY between 16:00 and 19:00 and Check-out on SATURDAY at 10.00 AM. If the Guests are arriving earlier, they should be so kind to wait at swimming pool.
- Security Deposit 300 € to be wired by bank’s transfer in Euro at least 7 working days before the Check-in – Refund is within 7 working days after the Check-out. Daily Tourist Tax: 1,5 €
Cancellation policy
- Severe Policy: GUESTS pay 50% of the total price if cancellation communicated before the 31 st day from the beginning of the stay. GUESTS pay 100% of the total price if cancellation communicated within 30 days prior to the beginning of the stay
