At Just 30 minutes from Golfo Aranci, located in an enchanting corner of paradise, this superb Villa boasts insane views of the turquoise sea. Nestled on a hill in the mediterranean scrub, you will be caressed by the pleasant breezes and captivated by the impressive sunsets. Ten minutes walk are placed uncrowded, undeveloped and low-key beaches, with white sand and crystal blue water, true wild gems of nature. Internal surface of 130 sqm + external Dependence of 40 sqm. The place,equipped with 3 double bedrooms +1 bunk bed, and 3 bathrooms, is suitable for a group of 6 adults + 1 kid. The house layout is perfect with its tucked away dépendance , and an idyllic outdoor bathroom overlooking the sea, with wonderful outside shower. The neighbourhood is peaceful, it’s definitely the perfect place for a summer family holiday or a bunch of friends. The patio is equipped with a gas BBQ for cooking up together and enjoy dinner outside. Here you can’t help but relax , chill out, and enjoy the magnificent ocean view. The bay of the neighboring Port is a set of beaches separated by small rocky bands. It is bordered by pink granite and surrounded by the greenery of the typical Mediterranean shrubs such as rock rose, strawberry tree, heather, holm oak and olive. All the coves are characterized by a bottom of fine white sand, which slopes gently towards the emerald colors of the sea, from the beach you can enjoy the view offered by the grandeur of the magnificent island in front. The strategic position of the villa makes it unique: just a few hundred meters from the sea, but in a detached and dominant position with respect to the beaches, they allow a priceless view and absolute privacy. You can easily walk to the numerous coves facing the sea, the old fishermen’s area or the large beach of the nearby port.
