Set in a quiet, sunny, panoramic location, the property is surrounded by a luxuriant garden with aromatic and ornamental plants and offers large terraces and a stunning heated saltwater pool. These well-equipped outdoor areas are complemented by its cosy interior, which includes a large living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower. On the first floor of the villa there is an independent flat, which is occupied by the owners during low and middle season (and is kept vacant in high season). The villa comes also with wi-fi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, sonos system, ice maker and coffee machine. All rooms are air-conditioned. Perfect property for relaxing holidays, Meravilla is also an ideal base for exploring the charms of south-east Sicily: from the lovely beaches and fishing villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo and Marzamemi to the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse, from the archaeological sites of Kamarina and Cava d’Ispica to the Vendicari nature reserve.

• During low and mid season periods (from 01.01 to 14.06 and from 31.08 on) the first floor of the villa will be inhabited by the owners (freelancers, very committed and very discreet). The pool and the wellness area will always be for the exclusive use of guests. The wellness area. Guests can freely use the whirlpool tub, the emotional shower and the relax area. To use the sauna and turkish bath it is necessary to inform the keyholder on the spot 2 hours in advance.

• FROM CATANIA airport roughly 130 Km. Take the RING ROAD (Tangenziale) in the direction of Siracusa. As you keep on driving you will enter the motorway A18 in the direction of SIRACUSA – GELA. EXIT ISPICA. Soon after the exit follow the signs: POZZALLO (third exit). After 1.7 Km turn Left in the direction of MODICA – RAGUSA (S.P. 66). Take the S.P. 66 for 10.9 km and at the crossroad stay on the main road following the road signs for MODICA – RAGUSA (the road changes its name and becomes S.S. 194). Then keep on driving straigh on the S.S. 194 for another 17.1 km and then turn Right in the direction of SCICLI – MODICA. After 300 meters (at the roundabout) take the first exit in the direction of SCICLI entering the S.P. 42 Via Sorda Scicli. After 900 meters, at the „tobacco shop“, turn Right onto an asphalted road. Go straight on and after 2 km, arrived on Contrada Pirato Cava Maria on the Left side of the road, at number 43, you will find the entrance gate of the villa.
