Surrounded by a large natural park with typical dry stone walls, Dimora Pura offers spacious, well equipped terraces and a lovely saltwater infinity pool. This old rural farmhouse has recently been restored with high quality natural materials and converted into an exclusive private residence. Spread over one level, it includes six comfortable bedrooms (one of which is in a loft), six luxurious bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room with fireplace. The cosy interior, in perfect harmony with the style of the building, was carefully designed with comfort in mind and comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Dimora Pura is also an excellent base for exploring the beauties of south-east Sicily: from the amazing beaches and characteristic fishing villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Poropalo and Marzamemi to the delightful baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse; from the archeological sites of Kamarina and Cava d’Ispica to the Vendicari nature reserve.

• FROM CATANIA airport about 130 km. Take the TANGENZIALE in direction Siracusa and continue on the A18 motorway in direction SIRACUSA – GELA. Exit ROSOLINI. At the intersection immediately after the exit, turn left in direction ROSOLINI – MODICA. After 800 meters (at the intersection) turn left towards RAGUSA taking S. S. 115. Continue straight and after 5.2 Km (at the roundabout) continue drive straight in the direction of SIRACUSA – POZZALLO. After 5.5 km turn left towards SAMPIERI-MARINA DI MODICA (S.P.66) and after 10.3 Km (at the roundabout) continue straight in direction SAMPIERI. After 4.8 Km (at the roundabout in the center of Sampieri) turn right, taking S.P.40 and after 1.1 Km, turn Right towards MODICA, after other 2.1 Km (at the crossroads) turn left, following the direction “Agriturismo Colle del Sole”. Drive straight on and after 2.7 km, turn Right, entering the with road, at the end of which, after 1.2 km you will find the property.
