Modica Villa with Football Court Sleep 6 situated on the edge of Scicli, a charming baroque town and a UNESCO world heritage site. A wonderful rural landscape, characterized by olive, carob trees and white stone walls, frame the property that enjoys a splendid panoramic position. The villa, that has undergone recent renovation work, spreads over three floors and features a contemporary style interior with internet wi-fi, satellite tv and air conditioning. The living area includes a bright living-dining room with kitchen and a small bar area, the sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. At the guests’ disposal also the villa facilities, which include a large pool, a well-tended garden, a 5-a-side football pitch/tennis court with artificial grass and a spa area with sauna, Turkish bath, hydro massage tub and multi-sensory shower. Ideal base for visiting the south-east of Sicily, Corte Dorata is a short drive away from the other baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa-Ibla and Noto, but also from the beaches of Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata and Sampieri.

Itinerary

From Catania airport about 130 Km. Enter the TANGENZIALE in the direction of SIRACUSA and continue onto the A18 in the direction SIRACUSA-GELA. EXIT ROSOLINI. At the crossroad just after the exit, turn Left towards ROSOLINI-MODICA. After 800 meters (at the crossroad), turn Left in the direction RAGUSA on the S. S. 115. Continue drive straight and after 5.2 km (at the roundabout), turn Left in the direction of SAMPIERI, then after 5.9 km (at the traffic divider) turn Left following the direction to MODICA-SAMPIERI. After 14.8 km (at the roundabout in the center of Sampieri) turn right, then continue right onto the SP40 and after 7.5 km turn left, onto a secondary street. After 1.8 km (at the traffic divider), turn right, after another 300 meters turn again right and after 600 meters on the Left side of the road, you find the entrance gate of the property.
