Noto Center Luxury Attic with Pool and terrace right in the heart of Noto’s historic centre, the capital of Sicilian baroque listed on the UNESCO world heritage list. Located on the second and third floor of a prestigious building with lift, this exclusive apartment features a large terrace with a plunge pool offering fabulous views across the old town rooftops. Its central location allows guests to easily reach on foot Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Via Nicolaci and to immerse themselves in the magical atmosphere of this marvellous town. The property prides itself on its beautifully planned terrace furnished for use all through the day and in the evening and for al fresco dining. The cosy rooms, decorated with great care, are well equipped with heating and air conditioning (in each room), wi-fi, 5 TVs, satellite receiver, washing machine, dryer, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave and small cellar. The second floor, which is accessible by lift, includes a large living room, a guest bathroom, two bedrooms with en-suite showers and a master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite tub. On the upper floor are a well equipped kitchen and the fourth bedroom with en-suite shower. Aurispa is a convenient starting point from which to explore Syracuse, Ragusa-Ibla, Modica and Scicli. A short drive from the property are also Noto Marina, Calamosche and Vendicari, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero with their beautiful sandy beaches.

Itinerary

From Catania airport, about 85 KM. Take the ring road towards Siracusa and continue along the A18 Catania – Siracusa, in direction Siracusa. EXIT NOTO. At the T junction, 300 meters after the exit, turn Left towards NOTO – ROSOLINI. After 1.4 km (at the roundabout) go straight in direction CALABERNARDO and after another 500 meters (at the roundabout) turn Left in direction NOTO (third exit). Drive straight and after 100 meters (at the roundabout) turn right in direction NOTO. Drive straight for 500 meters and (soon afer the bridge) turn Left, continue straight and after 1.1 km turn Left on Via Francesco Maiore. Drive straight for 650 meters until you reach Via Giovanni Aurispa, where at civic number 143, on the Right side of the road, you find the entrance of the house.
