Ragusa Luxury Country House with pool immersed in beautiful countryside, near the Donnafugata Castle, on the road that from the baroque town of Ragusa leads to the sea. This characteristic, country property has been expertly restored and converted into an exclusive private villa and art studio, while maintaining its old structure, charm and character. Framed by traditional stone walls, the property offers a lovely pool, large and sunny terraces and a typical, internal courtyard. The interior features a refined design and the use of materials such as natural stone, steel and wood, in perfect harmony with the style of the building. On the ground floor are a living/dining room, kitchen, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor that includes the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony, two further bedrooms, one of which is in the loft, and a bathroom. An annexe on the ground floor houses the fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a space dedicated to creativity and art. The villa also has internet wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher. From the villa can be easily reached the baroque towns of the Noto Valley and the beaches of Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata and Sampieri.

Itinerary

FROM CATANIA airport roughly Km 130. Take the TANGENZIALE (Ring road) in the direction of SIRACUSA – RAGUSA and keep on driving entering the motorway A18 in the direction of RAGUSA. Exit RAGUSA – LENTINI. Take the road S.S. 194 and follow the road signs for RAGUSA (roads S.S. 194 + S.S. 514 + S.S.115). After 76.6 km turn Right in the direction of RAGUSA Ovest – SANTA CROCE CAMERINA. At the intersection, just after the exit, turn Left in the direction of SANTA CROCE CAMERINA taking the SP 60. Continue drive stright and after 9.5 km, on the Right side of the road, you find the entrance to the property.
