Seaview Villa with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms on 2 story, Pool, garden, covered patio with BBQ, and enchanting sea view in distance, located in a quiet hamlet nestled among the hills of the ligurian countryside, at just 15 km drive from the SESTRI LEVANTE seaside. The Villa mixes antiques and contemporary, with some original details such as the decorated cement tiles on the upper floors dated back to the 1930s. This terrific VILLA is suitable to accomodate up to 8/9 guests. It consists of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two livings, one large open kitchen with dining area and direct access to the outdoor covered patio, handcrafted gas BBQ -cooktop with lava stone, outdoor sitting corner, wi fi connection both inside and outside. GARDEN of the VILLA: 2000sqm terraced garden with pool and sun deck, limonaia, olive trees, aromatic plants, sitting corners. This 3 story VILLA is composed as follows: Ground Floor: two living areas open to a large patio; In the second living room floor to ceiling windows gave guests marvelous light and views; The modern white kitchen is very well appointed and opens up onto the outdoor patio where guests can enjoy meals from breakfast to dinner, and chill out in one of the outside seating areas; ground floor bathroom. Second Floor: two large double bedrooms, one with access to the first terrace which let in a lovely breeze and great sunshine; full bathroom with shower. Third Floor: two large double bedrooms; a studio room overlooking a second great terrace; large bathroom with shower. Soaking up the sun in the sun deck by the pool is priceless as the place boasts the sun all day long till the amazing sunset, and a total privacy. From the pool area you can enjoy insane sunsets and admire in distance the awesome sea view on the ligurian gulf. Cannot be overemphasize enough how unique this place can be. Guests love the house so much that are used to alternate days at home with days of touring during their stay.
