Romantic Lux Country House

Our stay here was amazing! The home is beautiful and the surrounding landscape is breathtaking. The location was perfect for our party of 6 to spend 9 days touring Tuscany and never be much over an hour from our home base. The villa was extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable, it felt like home the minute we walked in the door. Most important to our party however was the level of care and service we received from the Casadastalux team. The communication was outstanding before, during and after our stay. The team was very accommodating with requests to have a chef prepare meals at the villa for us as well as scheduling an on-site cooking class. I cannot recommend this more highly, the cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip and the chef was wonderful. The house is private. It is for anyone looking for a getaway from the traffic and the tourists. Just nice and quiet and a swimming pool you can actually swim in. All for yourself. It is also remote. If you want shops and tourist attractions at hand this is not for you. Perfect if you want to exercise on a bike. Bring your own bike and enjoy the empty roads and climbs. This is on a top of a hill (600m) so sporty. We used it to settle down and just enjoy the silence and the bumblebees in the lavender. And did daily trips to overcrowded cities and villages. This is a wonderful villa in peaceful surroundings with views of rolling Tuscan hills, sunflower field, and a beautiful in-ground pool. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. The location is a bit remote so we had a rental car to visit villages and sites nearby. All the recommendations of shops and restaurants were great. Note that 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and one bedroom is smaller and doesn’t have any windows. Our kids traded rooms halfway through the trip so that it was fair. This place was FANTASTIC!! Beautiful views, quiet and secluded and close to all places in the Tuscany Region. Having the pool was wonderful, but the outdoor dinning area was the best! Great place to get away from the main rush of the big city’s. Gives you a very Local Tuscan feel !

Very nice house situated in a tiny village on top of a hill. Beautiful view, wonderful svimmingpool and very nice neighbours. Fabio welcommed us with his sweet daughter and Monika was very responsive and we felt very welcommed several days before our arrival. Communication was superb. There is a really good supermarket in Arezzo (approx 1 hour drive) and a smaller, but just as good, in Monte San Savino (approx 30 min drive). There is also an outlet 30 min with car from Arezzo (Valdichiana Outlet Village) which our teenagers appreciated. We also joined Mirco and Luca for trufflehunting and that was amazing. I do recommend to check it out and also a trip to lake Trasimeno, beautiful and very few tourists. Thank you to both Fabio and Monika for a wonderful stay.

It is just perfect. Beautiful modern house, astonishing view and a supercool infinity Pool in a very nice garden. Communication with Monica is just easy and you always get help whatever you need. 1h to Florence and San Gimignano. Half an hour to Siena so you can just take this house to get everywhere do some sightseeing and then come back to relax in the pool. Just a 10/10 experience.

Das Erste, was uns bei unserer Ankunft am “Romantic House” ins Auge gestochen ist, war der atemberaubende Ausblick auf die hügelige, toskanische Landschaft. Jeden Morgen haben mein Mann und ich am Pool gesessen, Kaffee getrunken und einfach diese Aussicht genossen. Highlight des Pools ist die Beleuchtung, die natürlich zum Schwimmen im Dunkeln einlädt – auch ein einmaliges Erlebnis! Der Empfang von Stefania und ihrer Tochter war sehr herzlich, auf dem Esstisch standen außerdem schon Sekt und Chips für uns bereit. Das “Romantic House” selbst wird seinem Namen absolut gerecht. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und entspricht hundertprozentig den auf Airbnb veröffentlichten Fotos. Man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Zudem war alles super sauber. Und last but not least: Monica, unsere Kontaktperson. Sie ist einfach ein Schatz! Stets bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, immer ein offenes Ohr für besondere Anliegen und unglaublich hilfsbereit und lieb! An dieser Stelle: Danke für einen für die ganze Familie unvergesslichen Urlaub!

This is a one of a kind property in Tuscany. Communication was consistent from time of booking, to recommendations local to the area, along with the check in and check out process. We couldn’t have asked for a more smooth experience. As for the property itself, it is amazing. You’re situated just outside Monte San Savino (abt 15 mins) on top of a mountain with breathtaking views of Tuscany that seem endless. The pool was awesome to come back to every day and the house was clean, lots of A/C, and plenty of accommodations to cook some meals as well as head out and enjoy the surrounding areas. We will 100% be coming back!

The villa was very pretty with stunning views, the host was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. We did not feel that the villa was suitable for young children and babies, had a lovely time there as a family although it would be much better suited to couples or families with older children.

Nice location if you wanna have quiet place with a view that is close to Siena, Arezzo and other exciting cities. The manager was very responsive and the place has a great pool.

Cute area away from everything but not too far. Absolutely breathtaking view and a gorgeous pool! Really nice modern convinces that aren’t available elsewhere. Great help from the host with lots of suggestions of things to do but complete privacy. Wifi was good too which was a surprise for me. Absolutely loved this place and would stay again!

Wonderful villa with thoughtful touches – from a dog bed for our dog and candy for our friends kids to the bottle of Prosecco waiting! Everything in the house is just lovely and practical. Love the hammock and amazing sunsets – thank you!5

We had an amazing time in the house in the hamlet near San Savino! The entire crew of people helping with the house were spectacular! Very communicative, helpful and so lovely! We talked multiple times a day and Monica helped us organize excisions, sent detailed maps, made reservations for us… she really went above and beyond. The house is lovely! The pool is great and the views are unreal!

We spent 10 days at Casadasta in July/Aust 2018. Clearly, the house is superbly located 600m above sea level at offers stunning views of the surrounding and brilliant sunsets. Everything one can hope for in Tuscany. The local manager, Monica, is an absolute dream of a contact person. Friendly, fast, resourceful — I don’t think I have ever been better cared for than by her. Also the host family is very sweet and always ready to help. True hospitality!
