This Luxury Exclusive Attic consists of: at the entrance 1st bathroom with shower, open space living room with 6 seats dining table, kitchen equipped with pantry, refrigerator & freezer, induction cook, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, induction potteries, fine dishes, mugs, glasses, cutleries, large double sofa bed, 2nd sofa, Smart Tv, highspeed Fiber wi-fi, access to the main balcony. A lobby leads to the night area that consists of 1st bedroom with bunk beds, wardrobe, desk. The second bathroom with shower and washer, the master bedroom with built in closet and balcony. Private parking lot in detached garage for 1 car. Ski lifts and ski rentals with storage are at walking distance (just 7 minutes on foot). - Id documents / Passport scan are requested to be forwarded 7 working days before the arrival
- The Attic is Just 4 minutes walk from Pinzolo center e 20 minutes drive from Campiglio.The map showes the exact location. The address is provided after the Booking.
- House rules: for hygiene reasons guests are asked to do the recycling for organic/wet waste. The general Bins are just steps from the house. Before leaving the house at the check-out all the trash must be taken out (wet waste, unspecified, carton, glass, plastic). If not, guests might be charged of an extra fee up to 100 € from the deposit fee. Any damage occurred at the house is to be advised. Pets (small-medium size) are accepted upon approval of casadastalux.

Payment conditions & Cancellation policy
- Deposit amounting to 30% of the total price to pay at the reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid 60 days before the check-in.
- Strict Policy: GUESTS who cancel until 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. For cancellations less than 60 days before check-in, the deposit will be non refundable.
