Payment conditions
- Payment of a 10% deposit is due upon reservation
- The remaining 90% must be paid 60 days before the check-in.
- Security Deposit 1.000 € to be wired by bank’s transfer in Euro at least 7 working days before the Check-in – Refund is within 7 working days after the Check-out. Daily Tourist Tax: 2€
Cancellation policy
- from reservation date to 61 days prior to arrival: 10% charge
- Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival incur a 100% charge
