Set against a hillside of luscious greenery and silvery olive groves, this villa offers the perfect spot to relax and take in breathtaking waterfront views. enjoy your holiday to the fullest in this elegantly appointed two-story country house. the careful blend of antique and modern furniture creates a luxurious atmosphere that is warm and inviting. outside, the lavish gardens will coax your mind into total relaxation. soak in some italian sunshine at the poolside or soothe your weary muscles in the panoramic hot tub. and, to make your evening complete, why not have centumbrie deliver a home-cooked meal made with their own locally grown food? A stately, antique door opens onto a grand entry hall with an imposing white marble stairway. The spacious lounge area with its comfortable sofas, beautiful stone fireplace and large 50” smart tv, is perfect for you and your guests to gather and share the day’s experiences. On the other side of the entryway, a dining room with a fireplace and a long, wooden table awaits you for a savory meal. the villa’s fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has plenty of counter space for large family cooking and entertainment. and, for al fresco dining, just step through the french door that leads out to an outdoor deck dining area. villa trasimena can accommodate up to 14 guests thanks to six large suites and an extra double bed. all rooms are beautifully decorated and have spectacular views. soak up the sun or take a dip in the infinity pool while enjoying the unobstructed views of the valley and lake trasimeno. the large, south-facing infinity pool overlooking the lake is perhaps the most peaceful part of the villa. the pool deck is in harmony with its surrounding landscape, and the water flowing over the pool’s 12-meter long edge creates a relaxing natural sound as it appears to blend into the lake. on chilly days, the villa’s private spa is where you can enjoy a soak in the glass-enclosed heated pool, complete with whirlpool seats from which to take in the panoramic views.
