Lux Ski Chalet Dolomites Sleep 19, housed in an old Maso, located in one of the most beautiful ski resorts in the world, the Dolomiti Superski, within the circuit Sella Ronda, less than an hour from the queen of the Dolomites.Nestled in an imposing wooded property at an altitude of 1700 meters, reachable in winter in just 5 minutes with the private snowcat provided with the structure. For the more adventurous, the ski lifts can also be reached via an off-piste route combined with a short stretch of just over a hundred meters on foot. The spectacular Chalet consists of two structures, one main and one smaller, internally connected, for a total of 840sqm of surface with large rooms suitable for up to 19 people. The rooms are arranged over four floors, as it was originally in the old farm, each floor has large outdoor balconies. The main structure consists on the first floor of the living area with the dining room, kitchen, ski room, on the upper floor the sleeping area with 3 suites each with en-suite and mezzanine, to have additional beds for example in the case of children. The smaller structure has 2 suites with en-suite and a SPA and wellness area of ​​200 m2, with an amazing swimming pool, covered, with counter-current swimming, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area with sun beds and emotional shower. This luxury high mountain residence preserves the materials of the past, combined with the most modern technology, for maximum comfort that allows guests to experience a truly unique stay, in contact with nature and in total privacy. In the basement there is a cinema room with a hay wall with the scent of flowers. An internal barbecue is available to make delicious grills in company (not to be missed among the typical local products are mountain pasture cheeses such as Renaz, Fodom, Cherz, Contrin). Finally, a telescope will allow guests to get lost admiring the stars, as thanks to the uniqueness of the location, the chalet boasts one of the most wonderful skies of Italy. Finally, the property has 3 covered garages and, not plus ultra, a private heliport. It is also possible to book a Tour of the Dolomites by renting luxury cars such as the Ferrari California. In winter, ski lovers staying in this unique location, have direct access to the Dolomiti SuperSki slopes, part of the Sellaronda circuit. In summer, thanks to the numerous paths, it is a paradise for lovers of trekking and wild nature with its wild animals like foxes, roe deer, deer, hares and marmots that can be seen only in these mountains. To sum up, this is definitely a Great Location, Less than 50 minutes from the noble Cortina D’Ampezzo, and close to beautiful destinations such as Venice, the Adriatic coast (only two hours by car), Lake Garda, Verona, etc.

• Minimum stay: 7 nights
• Check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10 a.m.
• Tenant must notify Landlord of any delays or changes no later than 48 hours after the date of arrival/tenancy start date.
• No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures caused by travel problems and/or force majeure.
• When checking in, Tenant will be required to sign a contents inventory of the property (a list of the most significant furniture and appliances in the Chalet) as well as a photo album of the Chalet, after a pre-move in inspection carried out with staff member.
• Tenant must pay the total rent upon signing this agreement if the agreed tenancy term is due to start within 90 days after this agreement is signed by Tenant.
• On the other hand, if Tenant signs this agreement over 90 days before the agreed tenancy start date, Tenant must pay a 30% advance rent upon signing this agreement and the rental balance 90 days before the agreed tenancy start date.
• The agreed rent includes the use and enjoyment, for the entire duration of the stay, of the chalet’s rooms and following services: daily cleaning of the house, linen changing upon request, free access to the wellness area (swimming pool, whirlpool, Turkish bath, sauna, and emotional shower), first lighting of stoves and fireplaces, screening room, Wi-Fi, spring water. Any other services are paid services not included in the rent.
• Children under 12 are not allowed in the swimming pool and whirlpool unless under the direct supervision of an adult;

Payment conditions & Cancellation policy

• In the event of cancellation by Tenant, Tenant will get back:
  1) 70% of the advance rent paid, if cancellation is made over 120 days before tenancy start date;
  2) 50% of the total rent paid, if cancellation is made 119 – 90 days before tenancy start date;
  3) 0% of the total rent paid, if cancellation is made less than 90 days before tenancy start date, even if this agreement was signed less than 90 days before tenancy start date.
  4) The parties expressly agree that the non-payment of the balance within the term of 90 days from the beginning of the rental relationship, is equivalent to notice of withdrawal/cancellation of the rental agreement by the Tenant, who also authorises the Landlord, as of now, to retain the amount received as a deposit/down payment, as a penalty.
  5) Tenant will pay a damage deposit of 30% of the rental price to protect Landlord against any damages to and/or loss of items from the property, the chalet and/or furniture and/or against any additional costs.
  6) Tenant will pay the said damage deposit by credit card or by bank transfer 2 weeks before tenancy start date.
