It offers a breathtaking view of the countryside that slopes gently towards the sea, with a view that, on clear days, goes as far as the extreme tip of the island of Portopalo. The villa consists of 2 floors connected to each other by an external staircase but which, at the same time, maintain their independence and privacy. Each floor, in fact, has a super-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and wine cellar, living room, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom and laundry with dryer.
