This Villa is a newly built property, completed in 2020. Situated on a hill, about 2 km from the baroque town of Noto, the villa has a small private swimming pool and a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. Despite being close to the city, the villa enjoys the tranquility typical of a country house. This Villa is the private annex of the main building, with a separate entrance, private pool, private parking and private garden. The property consists of a living area with a fully equipped and elegantly furnished kitchen-living room. In the sleeping area, however, we find a large and bright bedroom with private bathroom. Outside the house, a large terrace, a small swimming pool and a second bathroom. This Villa and the territory of Noto offer everything you need to spend a relaxing and cultural holiday. In fact, in a few minutes by car, you can reach the baroque cities of Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse with the splendid Ortigia.
