Located a few minutes by car from the most beautiful locations in south-eastern Sicily, this Villa is a splendid newly built property that stands majestically in the heart of the Val di Noto. The interiors, with a modern and refined design, are characterized by large windows that open onto the outside, making all the rooms warm, bright and welcoming.  The living area consists of a living area and a dining area with an open kitchen with peninsula, modern and well equipped.  The living area opens onto one of the two verandas that characterize the property, located at the back of the villa and equipped with a dining table.
